ABSTRACT:
The development of new ingredients with wide range of applications and claims warranted the development of novel delivery systems in the cosmetic industry. The delivery systems could change the physical properties of the particular active ingredient. In this review, an attempt was made to update the effectiveness of liposomes and cyclodextrins as delivery systems for cosmetic ingredients.
